SOCIALS dates and times:
Friday 18 September – Singing School, 7pm-9.30pm.
Saturday 19 September – Ceilidh dancing, live music, bar, 7pm-10.30pm
Food: Food is not provided at the socials. On Friday we recommend you eat before you arrive – there won’t be time at the singing school. On Saturday you can eat out or bring your own food to the church.

Business Meeting Agenda:
The UKSH business meeting will take place after singing on Saturday 19 September, 4.00 – 4.45pm. Please stay and have your say on the following items:
- Reviewing 2025 business meeting minutes (https://www.ukshc.org/business-meeting-minutes/)
- Reviewing 2025 convention accounts (https://www.ukshc.org/business-meeting-minutes/)
- Locations committee – Set out existing terms and ask for volunteers for future years if needed (it is a 3 year rolling commitment with an upper limit of 6 years).
- Location 2027 – update from London
- Submissions for 2028 location
- The need for income generation to support UK-wide Sacred Harp activities e.g. the Convention and the newsletter
- Code of Conduct – update
- AOB (to be submitted by 4 Sept)**
** If you would like to propose any other business, please notify the Chair by Friday 4 September. Time for the meeting will be strictly enforced by the limitations of the venue hire, so we may not be able to cover all items / go into detail but we’ll cover what we can.
